I had to change rooms twice due to constant disruptions. The first room had a noisy air conditioner that kept me awake all night! When I finally got moved, I encountered Wi-Fi issues that the staff couldn't resolve quickly. Two hours of my stay were wasted trying to fix it, and I was left frustrated.

Had a pretty good stay. The staff was super nice and the room was clean and cozy. The breakfast spread was alright, nothing fancy but decent. The pool area was lovely to chill by, watched some cool hummingbirds. Just a heads up, the language barrier made it a bit tricky sometimes.
